§2 For what purposes do we collect your data and how long do we store it?
We may process your data for the following purposes:
- 1. Communication with you, including responding to inquiries submitted via the contact form, email, etc.
a) Data will be processed based on the Administrator’s legitimate interest in communicating with Website Users (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). Your data will be processed until you object or the business purpose ceases. Providing this data is voluntary but necessary for communication with you. Data may also be processed during the archiving process for internal purposes based on the Administrator’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) until an objection is raised or the business purpose ceases. - Conclusion and execution of a contract (placing an order)
- Establishing, defending, and pursuing claims
- Fulfilling legal obligations imposed on the Administrator (e.g., tax and archiving obligations)
a) Data necessary for the conclusion and execution of a contract will be processed for the duration of the contract, including the exercise of rights arising from the contract, such as warranty claims (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the GDPR). Providing this data is voluntary but necessary to conclude and execute the contract.
b) Additional data provided to facilitate contract execution will be processed until an objection is raised or the business purpose ceases, based on the legitimate interest of customer service (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
c) After this period, data will be processed for the period of claim limitation, based on the Administrator’s legitimate interest in defending against claims, as well as establishing and pursuing claims (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
d) If data is necessary to fulfill the Administrator’s legal obligations (e.g., issuing and storing invoices, fulfilling procedures under the Digital Services Act), it will be processed for no longer than 6 years (archiving obligations for accounting documents), unless the law states otherwise (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR).
e) Data may also be archived for internal and statistical purposes until an objection is raised or the business purpose ceases, based on the Administrator’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). - Providing marketing/commercial information (hereinafter referred to as Marketing Information), including sending newsletters and information about services, products, promotions, and free content via other tools (e.g., SMS, phone calls)
a) Data will be processed based on the Administrator’s legitimate interest in marketing the Administrator’s products and services (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). According to Article 398 of the Electronic Communications Law, maintaining commercial/marketing communication requires your consent. c) Data processed based on your consent to receive Marketing Information, including automatically collected data (e.g., IP address), will also be processed based on the Administrator’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) to analyse behaviours and optimize marketing activities.
d) Your data may also be archived for potential claims, ensuring that marketing activities comply with the law, under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
e) Data processed based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR will be stored until You object or the business purpose ceases, whichever occurs first. - Analytical and statistical purposes
Data processing for analytical and statistical purposes involves analysing data automatically collected while using the website, including cookies. Data is processed based on the Administrator’s legitimate interest in tailoring website content to User preferences and optimizing website use; creating statistics to understand how Users interact with the Website, which helps improve its structure and content (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).Data may also be archived for internal and statistical purposes based on the Administrator’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), until you object or the business purpose ceases.
§3 Who can we share your data with?
We share your data with other entities only when necessary to achieve the processing purposes mentioned in §2 and only to the extent necessary. Generally, we collect and process only the data you provide to us, except for automatically collected data (cookies). More information about cookies can be found in §7.
Your data may be shared with entities we cooperate with to achieve the above purposes, including hosting companies, accounting firms, software providers for inventory and sales management, marketing service providers, lawyers, couriers or postal operators, B2B customer service platforms, and other entities supporting the Administrator in data processing.
As a rule, data will not be transferred outside the EEA, except in situations described below. If data is transferred outside the EEA, it will be based on your consent, standard contractual clauses, or other GDPR-compliant safeguards.
Google services are generally provided by entities based in the EU. However, due to its global operations, your data may be transferred to the U.S. because it is stored on U.S. servers (wholly or partially). §4 What rights do You have?

The Administrator analyses personal data using automated tools provided by software providers (e.g., statistics, history), only to the extent that it does not have legal consequences for you or significantly affect your rights and freedoms. The purpose of automated processing is to understand User preferences (more information in §7 Cookie Policy).

The Administrator uses technologies that track the actions taken by the User within the Website:
